POSITION SUMMARY

• Lead the Store by representing the Brand and driving its initiatives whilst aligning to Valiram procedures and quest for excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.
• Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.
• Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze sales figures, monitor expenses to optimize sales and profits.
• Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage, maximize sales whilst minimizing payroll expenses.
• Provide continuous coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved.
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
• Work with the store staff to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.
• Lead the recruitment process for front line staff and work together with relevant HR Dept. to successfully close the vacant positions in the store.
• Provide specific development for the Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor by assigning accountabilities and training with consistent follow up and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• One to two years’ experience in the manager role in the retail industry.
• University graduate or above, with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Passionate in home-fragrance and a love for customer experience.
• Leadership Skills, pleasant, outgoing and willing to learn.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Bath & Body Works – Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.
• To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.
• To take an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target.
• Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & insure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.
• Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work to hit the individual sales target whilst assisting Store Manager to reach the store sale, profit and target.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
• Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
• Resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days and report all findings to Manager.
• Assist the Managers in monitoring staff tardiness record on a regular basis.
• Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

• One year experience in the supervisor role in the retail industry.
• University graduate or above, with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
• Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
