What we do

We run our proprietary world-class, high-security, highly-friendly, digital online platforms which manage and process online registrations, payments, e-ticketing, admissions management, sales/marketing/financial data insights and more……..which is chosen by some of the world's biggest entertainment companies and events, like mega marathons, concerts, live performances, carnivals, exhibitions, conferences, and many many more…...


Where we are based

Our team is based in the UK and Hong Kong, as well as other international locations.


What you will do

  • Develop and on-board new clients and activities — marathons, trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, sports, races, runs, walks, charity events, electronic music festivals, concerts, carnivals, and entertainment clients
  • Develop win-win partnerships with new ideas, and thinking outside the box
  • Create and deliver exciting sales pitches to event organisers.
  • Build relationships to promote enhance sales potential across FBE FringeBacker's platforms, and demonstrate FBE FringeBacker's strengths and brand value .
  • Work with partners to maximise their events and businesses.
  • Source new organisers and other partners, clearly demonstrating that FBE FringeBacker has the optimum services for them.

What you will need

  • At least 1-3 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management role
  • Clear strategy, acquisition tactics and on-boarding skills to maximise business opportunities
  • Good in growing initiatives
  • Execute digital marketing skills
  • Provide the best experience and efficiency for clients, participants and sponsorsYou must be great in Business Development — fantastic at on-boarding great experiences and clients
  • Commercial acumen
  • Emphasis on on-boarding clients
  • Proven track record in fun and active activities
  • Good track record or strong industry networks
  • Great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • We're not a start-up, but you need start-up attitude — you must be highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit


What you will earn

You will earn a really really basic basic Basic, but PLUS a GOOD Commission that you would love, so that you share in our growth

  • We promise you won't get rich off your base salary — we're not kidding you, because you and we need to grow in this together
  • But you can expect high commission that is results-based — this we're not kidding you either
