Associate Director (Leasing)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis, identify the local leasing market trends and movements, which can provide business insight and support business growth
• Formulate and execute leasing strategies to achieve sales targets and generate revenue
• Perform market research, personal networking and direct marketing to identify new leasing opportunities
• Identify and engage potential customers
• Develop, expand and strengthen customer base and client networks
• Deliver excellent customer services in handling enquiries, complaints, site visits etc.
• Responsible for handling all sales, leasing and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenancy administration, agreements, lease term negotiations, and relevant reports and documents
• Perform the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Business Administration/Marketing/ Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines
• 5 years or above solid experience in commercial and industrial leasing
• Strong understanding of commercial/industrial leasing and the related process and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
• Strong networks and customer base
• Self-motivated, initiative, proactive and outgoing
• Passionate, results-driven and always strive for success
• High level of integrity, able to work under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Immediately available is highly preferred
