Your key responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the sales and disposal strategies for the Group’s commercial assets
- Explore and identify potential buyers for sales and disposal projects
- Liaise with agents and keep abreast of property market trends
- Carry out market research and evaluate market values of properties
- Coach, mentor and develop a small team of sales manager to ensure they have the required job competency
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in real estate related disciplines
- At least 10 years of solid experience in sales & marketing of property industry, proven track record in office/ retail/ carpark sales is a definite advantage
- Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Candidates with less experience can be considered as a Senior Manager
