Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing and handling phone calls and email

Assist in business documentation preparation, including reports, presentations and agreements

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, and participate in departmental meetings and business activities

Work closely with internal and external parties on daily smooth operation
-
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above, preferably with Certificate in Business Administration or any other related discipline with at least 2 years’ working experience preferable

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
-
Independently, Good initiative, stable, responsible and willing to learn

Immediately available is highly preferred
