Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Administrative Support

Manage the director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.

Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

2. Meeting Coordination

Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.

Take minutes and follow up on action items.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue and attendees.

3. Project Management

Assist in the planning and execution of projects.

Track project timelines and deliverables.

Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.

4. Research and Analysis

Conduct research on relevant topics as needed.

Analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

5. Communication

Serve as a liaison between the director and other departments or external partners.

Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports.

Ensure effective communication flow within the team.

6. Event Planning

Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Coordinate logistics, including venues, catering, and materials.

Manage invitations and RSVPs.

7. Budget Management

Assist in tracking departmental budgets and expenditures.

Prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed.

Support the director in budget planning and allocation.

8. Miscellaneous Tasks

Perform special projects as assigned by the director.

Provide support during travel, including itinerary planning and bookings.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
