Assistant Technical Officer (Calibration)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment are calibrated on or before the scheduled due date by liaising with all internal laboratories for arranging collection and return of equipment for calibration;
• Enter all raw data and information as required by the documented procedure accurately, legibly and directly onto the worksheet;
• Check completeness and validity of data/information recorded on the worksheet;
• Report for any non-conformity detected during calibration works;
• Draft calibration procedure; and
• Propose recommendations to improve the quality of work.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in relevant engineering discipline with at least 1 year’s experience OR over 5 years’ experience in calibration work;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proactive, good communication skill and good team player; and
• Literate in use of personal computer skills, such as Word, Excel and Power point.
