Assistant Store Manager (Airport Store)

Our Assistant Store Managers are front leaders and inspire our teams to deliver greatspecialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out.

We are currently looking for ambitious and well-experienced F&B professionals to join and lead our upcoming store opening at Hong Kong International Airport.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and managing the team in daily operations to ensure excellence and compliance with company SOP’s
• Supervise food and beverage quality, presentation and speed of service, ensuring hygiene standards, stock- and parlevels, wastage levels and financial procedures comply with company requirements
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Training and developing the team
• Preparing weekly work schedules for staff
• Receiving café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service
• Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers

To be a FINEPRINT Assistant Store Manager, you must have:

• A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in busy cafés/restaurant in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of 15+ people
• Passion and understanding of specialty coffee
• The ability to lead, train and manage teams
• Interest in people and have an open and positive attitude
• Strong problem solving, decision making and organizing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with flair in delivering service excellence
• Exemplary management skills in effective delegation of duties and responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, within and outside the store
• Effective communication skills and you’re not afraid to ask questions

The FINEPRINT HKIA store is expected to be open from 6am - 11pm daily; you must be able to start at 5am / close at midnight some days of the week.
