Job Description

Mulberry House Education Group is Hong Kong’s premier education group for children (0-12 yrs) old, with two kindergartens in Southside and Taipo, and a Chinese immersion playgroup and education center in Central. We teach children through a curriculum that is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, under the UK EYFS framework.

We are looking for warm, children friendly, and committed individual to join our dynamic team, to run operations in the Central campus.

Responsibilities:

Operations (70% Workload):

1. Provide daily administrative support, including answering inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

2. Manage the timetable, liaise with academic teams and other educational/professional service providers.

3. Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the center is well-stocked and organized.

4. Work closely with the rest of the school team on new initiatives, ensure provision of professional customer service with attention to detail.

5. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operational issues, curriculum updates, and student progress.

6. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the facility as needed, ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.

Sales (30% Workload):

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.

2.Conduct tours for prospective families, showcasing the center's programs and facilities.

3.Maintain relationships with current and prospective families to foster community engagement.

4.Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to management. Identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to achieve enrollment targets.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure their satisfaction.

Apply if you have:

1. University level education with at least 3 year of solid administrative/customer service experience, preferably gained in the education sector;

2. Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. A mind for details and good computing skills.

4. High proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as assistant school manager, and with more experiences will be considered as the school manager.
