We need a hands-on Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our sales team, keep clients happy, and find new ways to grow the business. You’ll be in the thick of it—working with the team to hit targets, analyzing sales numbers, and spotting opportunities to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Support: Assist in managing and motivating a sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding performance.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Prepare detailed sales reports and analyses to guide decision-making and strategy.

What You’ll Need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar.
  • At least 5 years in sales, with some leadership experience.
  • Solid people skills—you’re good at building relationships.
  • Comfort with data—you can spot trends and solve problems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Basic know-how with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
