Assistant Sales Manager

Job Duties :

1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
2. Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and meeting customer expectations
3. Provide support in the preparation of sales proposals & presentations
4. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support brand strategy development and increase market share and explore new business opportunities
5. Conduct regular visits to stores to ensure optimal execution, monitor competitor activities, and uncover potential business opportunities.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations to maintain high standard execution.
7. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements :

1. High Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in in FMCG industry
3. Strong business analytical skill, negotiation skill and presentation skill
4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
5. Ability to manage priorities, be organized, and work well under pressure
6. Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English and Mandarin
7. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
