Job Description

Business Unit: Star Property Management Limited

Working Location: Sheung Wan

Working Hours:
(Full Time)09:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday) & 09:00 - 1300 (Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Property Manager to carry out daily operations of a serviced apartment including, concierge service, club house, monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security services etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers
  • Handling general inquiry and complaints, support building activities
  • Providing administrative support in the property management office
  • Liaison with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
  • Other general clerical or ad-hoc duties to be assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • School Certificate / Diploma in related discipline
  • 2 year relevant customer services working experience preferred
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese is preferable
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and great attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Immediate available is an advantage
