Assistant Project Manager (SaaS/AI/New headcount)

To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as a Project Manager, mainly incharge of the new projects in service delivery team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in software system projects, with a track record of successful deliveries.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
