We are hiring a professional Assistant Project Manager :

Assist Project Manager to participate in a large-scale multi-year territory-wide government system implementation program of a public facing mission critical system

At least 2 years team leader / project management experience
Job Description

Assist Project Manager to lead one workstream in a large Government systems project and be responsible for the day-to-day project management
-
Management of project team members and sub-contractors both locally and offshore
-
Management of stakeholders including customer IT and business users, subcontractors and other internal departments
Requirements
-
Undergraduate degree in Computer Studies or equivalent
-
Over 5 years IT experiences with 2+ years in team leader / project management position
-
Track record of successful delivery of at least one application delivery and/or systems integration project will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Self initiative, result oriented and always able to deliver to commitment
-
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good written English and Chinese
-
Government project experience on the vendor side will be an added advantage
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
-
Holder of professional certificates / Strong Technical background - PMP, SCEA, CISSP, CISA, OCP, CCNA & MCP or equivalent is an advantages
