Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Building Studies / Construction Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management
  • Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, organizational & time management skills
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project, AutoCAD is preferred
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese


Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Project Manager/Project Director.
  • Manage fitting-out project management, including cost, time, and quality.
  • Coordinate site activities with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee overall project management of Building Services projects, focusing on progress, quality control, cost control, and client relations.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and reports for pre- and post-construction stages.
  • Monitor financial, commercial, contractual, and technical matters for current projects.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills; work effectively as part of a team.
