Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Inspection of new residential / commercial projects
- Ensure the units achieved quality standard prior to handover to owners / residents / tenants
- As a contact point to communicate with owners / residents / tenants and follow up their concerns and needs relating to technical issues
- Assist superiors to plan, conduct and monitor the renovation, improvement, alteration and additional works of the Property to be completed within timeline, budget and quality standards
- Assist superiors to prepare the work specifications, schedules and requirements of renovation, improvement, alteration and addition works of the Property; monitors the work progress, workmanship and the quality and reports to superiors regularly
- Solve problems subject to departmental policies, procedures, practices and legal requirements
- Execute departmental policies, procedures and practices
- Deal with various Departments internally; represents the Company to deal with owners, residents, suppliers, contractors, government & statutory bodies externally
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Good knowledge in site quality control, renovation, improvement, alteration and addition works of the property
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker License (only for staff with Building Services background)
- Good command in spoken and wriiten English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
