Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Inspection of new residential / commercial projects
  • Ensure the units achieved quality standard prior to handover to owners / residents / tenants
  • As a contact point to communicate with owners / residents / tenants and follow up their concerns and needs relating to technical issues
  • Assist superiors to plan, conduct and monitor the renovation, improvement, alteration and additional works of the Property to be completed within timeline, budget and quality standards
  • Assist superiors to prepare the work specifications, schedules and requirements of renovation, improvement, alteration and addition works of the Property; monitors the work progress, workmanship and the quality and reports to superiors regularly
  • Solve problems subject to departmental policies, procedures, practices and legal requirements
  • Execute departmental policies, procedures and practices
  • Deal with various Departments internally; represents the Company to deal with owners, residents, suppliers, contractors, government & statutory bodies externally

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Good knowledge in site quality control, renovation, improvement, alteration and addition works of the property
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker License (only for staff with Building Services background)
  • Good command in spoken and wriiten English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
