Responsibilities

• Undertake teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels;

• Undertake duties in course / programme / curriculum review and development;

• Review and prepare teaching and learning materials and to mark students’ assignments, reports and examination scripts for course assessment;

• Perform academic and administrative duties and attend meetings in relation to student and academic administration; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• A PhD degree in Finance/Data Science/AI/Fintech relevant fields;

• Keen and affable teacher, a good publications record indicating research capability;

• Strong communication skills in both English and Putonghua;

• Expertise and qualifications relevant to Fintech / big data / AI applications are preferred;

• Tertiary teaching and relevant research experience (fresh PHD are exceptional);

• CFA/FRM qualifications are preferred;

• PhD fresh graduates are also welcome.
