About the Job

• Perform system/networking infrastructure operations, such as change, upgrade and maintenance
• Perform health checks and monitor system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems
• Identify network, system needs and evaluates hardware and software requirements and capabilities
• Establish and maintaining documentation reports, manuals, operation procedures
• Work in team in testing, researching, learning, and applying specific new technologies and products
• Shift duty is required with allowance provided, to ensure round the clock service availability

About You

• University Graduate or High Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry
• Hands-on experience with Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet product is an advantage
• Holder of Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet Certification is an advantage
• Work independently, fast-responder, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills, and work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Network Specialist"
