Assistant Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle server setup, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Active directory and exchange server administration.
• Carry out daily administration and monitoring of firewalls, routers, switches, SSLVPN, Internet connectivity, and desktop senior support.
• Assist in networking troubleshooting, project documentation and Exchange Servers issues and incidents.
• Assist in supporting network security monitoring and implementation.
• Handle installation, routine maintenance and onsite support to local retail shop users.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/ High diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Solid experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server platform, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, Networking, Firewall, and SAN.
• Proficiency in using Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls, routers and switches.
• CCNA certification or equivalent is required.  Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP) is an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Willing to occasionally work onsite to support retail shops.
