Assistant Merchandising Manager

JSON Garment Company Limited established in 2017. we a garment ODM/OEM company providing both knit and woven apparels to USA, Canada, Europe and Japan. We are a subsidiary of Kam Hing International Holdings Limited, a listed Hong Kong company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities
• Manage day to day merchandising process from design development, protos development and garment costing
• Lead price negotiation with suppliers, ensure design requirements are met for both product and margin stand point
• Follow up on sample development to production and bulk orders
• Deal with buyers / factories daily
• Operate Internal STAGE system and External buyer On-line system
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Travelling is required

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate in Textile / Clothing or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in cut & sewn knit merchandising, preferably in U.S. market
• With factory background is an advantage
