Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from sales office with sample and quotation arrangements
- Prepare Sales Order and Purchase Order as well as information updating in ERP/D365 System
- Product shooting and upload to company web for customer ordering
- Approval page creation and filing
- Support Team’s daily operation, and ad hoc tasks required
Requirements
- F.7/DSE graduated or above with 1 year working experience
- Detail oriented, proactive and ability to multi-task with organized manner
- Driven by deadlines and a high sense of urgency
- Fair command of both Putonghua and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic data management).
