Job Description

Responsibilities:

*  Using our in-house ERP system and customer’s platforms for all orders

*  Handle all the customer order procedures/ issues until shipment

*  Follow the development of all customer’s new project/ new collection

*  Co-ordinate with different packaging suppliers for our customer orders.

*  Liaison with our factory and suppliers to keep track with all the timelines

*  Provide clerical support to the marketing teams

Job Requirements:

*   Diploma / associate degree/ degree holder in Product/Logistic related disciples

*   At least 2-3 years product related working experience (related to watch or jewelry field is highly preferable)

*  Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin

*  Basic operational knowledge of office Excel, Word, Powerpoint

*  Computer literacy and good Chinese typing skill
