RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-

Responsible for all-around marketing duties

Planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
-
Developing brand & Marketing activation plans
-
Planning, developing and implementing public relations strategies for branding and product exposure
-
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
-
Manage marketing budget and achieve ROI
-
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
REQUIREMENTS
-
University degree with a major in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, experience in fashion retail is highly preferable.

Proven working experience in digital marketing
-
Self-motivated and passionate, with strong analytical presentation and leadership skills
-
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
