Assistant Manager, Operation

What you'll be doing ( Responsibilities)

• Support the DC head in managing all operational functions of DC, including warehouse, distribution, and related processes
• Monitor and report on KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth operations
• Assess current operational processes, implement necessary revisions, and adhere to best practices to enhance efficiency
• Generate detailed reports, analyses, and presentations to communicate operational performance metrics and insights to management

• Perform other related tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for ( Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Solid experience in logistics and warehouse operations or supply chain management, with proven leadership and managerial expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and skilled in Chinese and English word processing
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
