Yan Oi Tong Medical Services Division is looking for the following professional to join us

Assistant Manager (Medical Services) (Ref: CMS-ADMIN/AM250420/250429)

Duties:

• Supervise a fleet of Yan Oi Tong Self-financed Chinese Medicine (CM) mobile clinic
• Work closely with the Manager in leading and managing a team of Chinese Medicine Practitioners and frontline staff to fulfill service and community needs;
• Maintain appropriate standard operation procedures, monitor the compliance of relevant regulations, policies and guidelines to meet the operation needs;
• Implement effective internal control system such as risk management and safety aspect of the mobile clinic
• Provide sound financial and operational efficiency, continuous service and quality development plans in achieving division objectives;
• Office Location: Tuen Mun

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree or equivalent with at least 5 years’ solid experience in administration, customer services, communications, project management and/or related areas;
• Medical Service experience is preferred but not compulsory;
• Strong Interest in Chinese Medicine Industry and solid administration experience is an advantage;
• Ability to maintain open communication with stakeholders; good in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes;
• Self-driven and well-organized;
• Excellent command of Chinese writing skills and good command of English writing skills;
• Proficiency in PC skills.
