Job Description
JOB Responsibilities:

Lead the Logistics teams in Hong Kong and Greater China to provide excellent services and solutions for customers towards the business goals and objectives as well as key performance indicators

Ensure the process of the operation is compiling to rules and regulations
-
Review logistics operating flow and procedures regularly to achieve competitive cost and effectiveness
-
Liaise with external parties on freight rates, insurance claims and logistics arrangements
-
Monitor the warehouse inventory level to achieve business performance targets and standards
-
Develop and enforce policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvement
-
Keep abreast of new technology and concept to strive for improvement on productivity and efficiency
-
General regular reports for management review and provide possible solutions for identified issues
-
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
JOB Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
-
5 years’ working experience in logistics management with at least 3 years’ experience in managerial position, exposure in manufacturing or luxury products industry is preferred
-
Familiar with handling procedures of China Custom, Import & Export Declaration regulations and full sets of shipping procedures and documents
-
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP system

Strong knowledge in transportation carrier operations and warehouse management
-
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
-
Good financial sense on cost and inventory management is preferred
-
Excellent leadership skill, proactive with team spirit
-
Proficiency in Microsoft office
-
Travel to China is required
