Responsibilities:

The appointee will provide professional support in coordinating institutional and programme accreditation exercises. Major duties include:

  • Reviewing and compiling accreditation documents;

  • Supporting the development of relevant guidelines and procedures;

  • Liaising with government bureau and professional bodies;

  • Assisting with internal and external development activities;

  • Providing secretarial support for academic and quality assurance committees.

 

Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

  • A recognized bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in programme administration and accreditation, preferably within a tertiary institution;

  • A solid understanding of the education system in Hong Kong, as well as the processes, standards, and requirements of HKCAAVQ accreditation;

  • Strong analytical, project management, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
