What you’ll do

• Ensuring payroll data with high accuracy and related payment in compliance with local law;
• Provide supports on payroll & staff benefits administration ;
• Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations;
• Work closely with insurance service providers and related parties for the proper reporting and handling of work injury cases, such as taking remedial actions and case follow-up promptly ;
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions ;
• Assist the team to perform all aspects of HR analysis, regular reports and specialized presentations on HR related topics for management review ;
• Supporting internal and external audits related to compensation ;
• Assist in HRIS implementation as well as other ad Hoc projects assigned from time to time

Key qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 8 years relevant experience with 2 years at the supervisory level
• Familiar with SAP or other HRIS is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Detail-minded with good numerical sense and a high level of data accuracy
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Well versed in employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
