Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients and conduct negotiation on commercial terms to establish new business opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Engage with existing and new clients and business partners; build trust and relationships with clients and partners to enhance their sales potential, effectively convey the company’s strengths as a full-service ticketing agent while proactively understand clients’ business requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, conduct business reviews and updates with clients on a routine basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop business models of new opportunities by carrying out market research and financial analysis.
  • Identify and foster cross-selling opportunities to ensure business success of clients and business partners.
  • Deliver insights on market trends; proactively communicate with internal stakeholders on industry trends and clients’ needs; identify areas of enhancements of existing platform to best suit clients’ requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development and/or account management, preferably in the entertainment & events, tourism, ticketing, OTA and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Proficient in various sales techniques such as sales pitching, negotiation, consultative selling, and closing deals is essential for effectively engaging with merchants and driving growth.
  • Strong commercial sense with knowledge of the business landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; committed to understanding clients’ needs; be able to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and partners to enhance sales potential and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Creative, passionate, curious about the industry and eager to learn.
  • Highly self-motivated and determined with a hands-on mentality, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
