Job Description
Responsibilities:

Be responsible for full spectrum of human resources services, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and employee relationship;

Act as a trusted business partner to advise management and business leaders on people matters
-
Drive a proactive and efficient recruitment process
-
Assist in managing daily HR operations and deliver high quality HR services and support to staff across levels and departments
-
Ensure HR compliance internally and externally
-
Support the development, planning and implementation of HR initiatives
-
Support/lead HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
-
With 8 years relevant work experience
-
Good time management skills and ability to priorities multiple tasks;
-
Result-oriented with strong logical thinking
-
Mature, independent and a good team player;
-
Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under the pressure
