Job Description

Job Duties : 

  • Responsible for performing the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding process, etc;
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors and suppliers for operational issues;
  • Responsible for handling the process of monthly expenses claim, reimbursement and documentation;
  • Responsible for updating and monitoring the employment status;
  • Support the all-around general human resources administration tasks as when necessary;
  • Assist in all ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disiplines;
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant expenience in HR and/or Office Administration;
  • Familar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinances and other regulations;
  • Good communication and interprsonal skills and to be a good team player;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word Processing.
