Job Description

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder, preferably in Property Management, Estate Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance and other ordinances related to building management
  • Relevant experience in property handover and real estate after-sales services is preferred

  • Experience in dealing with IO and / or OC is preferred

  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1 or 2) Licence is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • The offered position will be subject to the qualifications and relevant working experience of shortlisted candidates
