Assistant Engineer (REF: SER)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
• Responsible for project planning, design work, site supervision, commissioning, operation and project documentation preparation.
• Monitor the work progress of maintenance and repair, and attend regular meetings with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineer

  (Candidate will be considered as Engineering Assistant if holding non E&M Engineering related Degree)

• At least 2 years' working experiences in Maintenance and Repair or A&A Project
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
