Assistant Engineer / Building Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Engineer or Building Service Engineer to join our team at Lapson, a Hong Kong base engineering company established at 2008. This is a full-time position based in Tsuen Wan District. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our building services systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for Project Execution and Management
2. Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is according to contract standards
3. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff
4. Handle other ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

1. Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services Engineering or relevant discipline
2. Minimum3 years of experience in building services engineering or a similar role
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
4. Proficiency in using CAD software and MS Office
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Self-motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
