Assistant Education Secretary (助理教育主任)

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and clerical support to the management of Funds and Scholarships in Education Affairs Department;
• Monitor data and report of progress of funded projects and reports of affiliated schools;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by seniors.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Languages or related disciplines;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese and English word-processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong numeracy and literacy;
• At least 1 year’s working experience preferably with secretarial training is an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure, independent, mature and eager to learn;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
