Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic/packaging design or related field.
• At least 1-2 years in a leadership or management capacity within a design team.
• Knowledge of up-to-date marketing design trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• A portfolio showcase is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Immediate availability is highly appreciated

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Manager
  Ensure all design deliverables are met on schedule by overseeing daily operations and project workflows.

• Project Management
  Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and resources for timely delivery.

• Design Creation
  Craft visually stunning designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.

• Client Collaboration
  Understand client vision and ensure alignment with expectations and brand guidelines.

• Coordination
  Work with various parties, including departments and the production team, to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.

• Feedback and Review
  Provide constructive feedback on design concepts to ensure top-notch quality.

• Mentorship
  Guide and train junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Industry Trends
  Stay updated on trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
