Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Understand the end-to-end workflow from order placement to delivery, including payment terms and conditions.
  • Implement merchandise selection, assortment, and buying strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.
  • Execute on merchandise flow to achieve sales, profit and inventory target
  • Execute stock management processes, including allocation, replenishment, and consolidation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for business development.
  • Prepare regular reports to analyze sales performance and inventory levels.
  • Manage daily merchandise-related tasks, including handling defectives and customer returns/exchanges.
  • Handle and monitor ad hoc projects.

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree or High Diploma holder in fashion, textile, or a related discipline.
  • Possess relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules based on business needs.
  • Show a high level of responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both upward to senior management and laterally with internal and external business partners.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
