Job Description

About the Role...

  • Identify new business opportunities/ channels based on customer preference, competitor activities and market trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop and execute store activation plans and promotions.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to provide new insights, business solutions and support.
  • Manage channel sales performance - provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.

And The Person...

  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business/ marketing field
  • 5+ years work experiences, preferably in FMCG/ retail key account management
  • Result-oriented, team player, able to work independently under stress, with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English (both spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Business Development Manager
