Job Description
About the Role...
- Identify new business opportunities/ channels based on customer preference, competitor activities and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and execute store activation plans and promotions.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to provide new insights, business solutions and support.
- Manage channel sales performance - provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
And The Person...
- A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business/ marketing field
- 5+ years work experiences, preferably in FMCG/ retail key account management
- Result-oriented, team player, able to work independently under stress, with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (both spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Business Development Manager
