Job Description

Duties:

To assist the corporate services department in discharging the following duties:

  • To provide corporate/company secretarial services in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
  • To coordinate activities relating to administering a portfolio of client companies and involve in client contact
  • To provide information to clients on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters for offshore companies
  • To prepare source data for data entry by sorting information and enter data by following data program and procedures
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Recognised university degree or graduate of recognized professional institute in company secretarial studies
  • 0 - 3 years relevant experience gained from certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, well organized and able to meet deadline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate (VMS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Knowledge in ViewPoint will be an advantage

Fresh graduated are also welcome. Candidates with less experience will be considered for assistant position.
