Assistant Administrative Officer, University Secretariat (Ref.: 25/127/US/AAO)
Duties:
1. Providing administrative support in implementing Staff Development and Training Programmes and Staff Engagement initiatives;
2. Collaborating with the team in daily operations; and
3. Perform other duties assigned by the University Secretariat.
Appointment Criteria:
1. Five passes in HKCEE/ HKDSE including English language, Chinese language and mathematics;
2. Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word processing;
3. Proficiency in design software, such as Canva is preferable; and
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
