Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily accounting operations including staff expense claims, supplier invoices, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and inventory adjustments

  • Perform monthly financial reporting for submission to the headquarter

  • Preform account analyses and inter-company account reconciliations

  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audit

  • Support for the monthly and annual costs allocation report

  • Any other ad-hoc task

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, with LCCI Higher level qualification or above

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.)

  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP system

  • Able to work independently with efficiency and ability to meet the tight deadline

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
