Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including book-keeping and daily accounting activities;
  • Support account receivable (AR), account payable (AP) and general ledger (GL) functions;
  • Resolve invoices discrepancies and payment issues with vendors and internal departments;
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and financial report preparation;
  • Support inter-company recharge and perform related reconciliations;
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.


Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience ;
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and a collaborative team player;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Immediately available is preferable.
