(Assistant) Account Servicing Manager

About the role

Join our dynamic team at MediaOn Limited as an (Assistant) Account Servicing Manager. In this full-time position based in Kwun Tong District, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new business opportunities and driving client account growth.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness

• Prepare reports on event and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

  Manage all aspects of tender preparation, including budgeting, strategic planning, and submission

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness among existing clients and potential leads
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities and increase sales leads

• Coordinate public relations activities to maintain effective communication with partners and clients

What we're looking for

• 3 years of experience in a marketing or related field, preferably with agency or PR & event management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Self-initiative, independent, positive and good at time management

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
