We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in Hong Kong!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building a team for the local market, including operations and all store-related business, as well as coordinating and overseeing store location selection, renovation, and opening.
• Formulate and assign sales targets for the managed region, accountable for operating costs, mall discounts, profits, and achieving sales goals; oversee regional store operations to enhance quality and efficiency, empowering stores to increase productivity.
• Conduct operational data analysis and management to identify growth opportunities, address operational data issues, and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to plan market strategies and conduct marketing activities for the managed region.
• Manage daily operations of the regional department, including employee management, guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Background in the retail industry with over 5 years of experience managing large-scale chain stores.
• Preference for candidates with brand-side operational management experience, and a track record of managing annual sales exceeding USD 10 million is a plus.
• Extensive practical operational experience, systematic business thinking, and strong execution capabilities.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, along with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong team management, risk management, and talent development skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
