Shape Capital Limited is an incorporation established by a senior team of experienced real estate development and investment professionals focusing on Hong Kong, Greater China, and the UK.  Apart from investing in real estate projects in the targeted markets, our core business also entails the provision of development and project management solutions for property owners and investors.

Applicants are invited for the position of Architect.

Requirements :
-    HKIA Member with a minimum 5-year post qualification experience  
-     applicant with real estate investment/ project management experience in construction and real estate industry a plus    
-      design capabilities an added advantage
