Application Support Officer/Trainee

We need IT/Application Support Officers to train on our global and regional human resources and payroll software. The job duties include

• supporting customers in the implementation, usage, and review of our application software
• testing program components or modules,
• documenting activities and findings
• reviewing and suggesting on software fallacies and improvements

Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of

• windows, windows server and sqlserver environments
• microsoft office usage

and proficiency in

• communications skill with customers
• written English and Chinese, spoken English and Cantonese, preferably also Putonghua

We will provide training on IT knowledge, HR practices, local legislations and regulations and other related business knowledge.
