Application Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Application Developer with at least 2 years of experience in application development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, contribute to team success, and develop high-quality solutions. Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in Python, Groovy, Node.js, and/or Java will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web and backend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-performing software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and post-release support activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development.
• Preferably experienced or familiar with one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Groovy, Node.js, and Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and contribute to team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web frameworks.
