To drive our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Commercial Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for driving the company's sales and growth objectives by building strong client relationships and providing tailored apparel solutions. Simultaneously, you will act as the central hub for all operational management, ensuring client requests are handled efficiently and all production and sample delivery dates are met accurately using Odoo.

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
  • Deeply understand client needs, provide tailored uniform solutions, and effectively present the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Leverage strong garment knowledge to advise clients on suitable fabrics, fittings, and clothing categories.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest textile trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Production & Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, managing emails and requests with speed and professionalism.
  • Accurately manage, track, and update all production and sample delivery schedules in Odoo to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Skillfully manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks,ad-hoc requests, urgent tasks, and project timelines to ensure the most critical items are addressed first.

  • Liaise between clients, designers, and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and accurate order execution.


What We're Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, MUST be able to show experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo is strongly preferred (or demonstrated ability to quickly master new ERP/management software).

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. You must have a proven ability to manage a heavy and fluctuating workload with high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence B2B customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
