Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance with Oracle Financials, eProcurement, ePayment integrations, Workflow applications, MS Dynamics CRM, and various ERP systems.
• Engage in the overhaul of Workflow Systems utilizing K2 Five, focusing on mobile capabilities, Single Page Applications (SPA), OAuth 2.0, and REST APIs.
• Assess and clarify user needs by working closely with users to identify issues, data availability, reporting requirements, and system design challenges.
• Provide support throughout the phases of system design, development, configuration, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
• Explore and integrate new technologies while devising creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Address inquiries from users both locally and internationally, while also delivering ad hoc reporting and technical assistance.
• Monitor system performance and execute tuning measures to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the maintenance of system integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in system support or application development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong skills in application development using Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, .NET, JavaScript (Angular/React SPA), K2 Five, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps, and Linux.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
